This survey will aid us greatly in providing opportunities for
you to serve the Lord while you attend New England Baptist College.
Please fill out the survey completely and return it to New England
Baptist College.

that the high school you graduated from send an official copy
of your high school academic record showing the date of graduation.
If you have completed the GED, the official scores must be sent
to New England Baptist College. If you are presently completing
your final semester, request that your official transcript be
sent after the final grades are recorded. If you are applying
to transfer from another college or university, follow the instructions
on the TRANSCRIPT REQUEST.

HEALTH PROFILE.
This form must be completed by the applicant and returned to New
England Baptist College. It must be received prior to your acceptance.
Any dormitory student desiring to be considered for the WORK SCHOLARSHIP
program must complete the WORK SCHOLARSHIP REQUEST FORM and return
it at least two months before registration day.
Unless you are applying to transfer from another
college or university, you must request to have your SAT/ACT scores
sent to New England Baptist College.
We are honored that you would consider New England
Baptist College as your place of training. Once the Admissions Office
has received the forms listed above, a decision will be made concerning
your acceptance. A letter regarding your status will be sent to
you as soon as the admissions procedure has been completed.
